'I won't be able to lift myself up the pole', 'I am too big to pole dance', 'I am not fit enough', 'I'm too old'. So many of our emails start with this... But let me tell you, YES YOU CAN, and you will be addicted from your first spin!

Our classes are run by friendly, QUALIFIED instructors who will help guide you on your own journey. You will improve your strength, flexibility and stamina, all while having the time of your life.  

Beginners Pole Fitness Course:
If you have never tried a class before and feel a little nervous, but want to get started our beginner’s course is the perfect way to start! Working on the basic fundamentals of pole with people at the same level as you. You will learn spins, conditioning and build strength to help you progress to the mixed classes.

Mixed Ability Classes:
These classes are great for all levels from beginner – advanced. Tailored to each persons level working on your progressions of your favorite pole tricks.
